Research Tibet Nyingchi Investment Mode

As an important part of the policy of reform and opening, business Invitation and Investment Attraction is the product of the social labor division and market economy. It is the objective requirements of an open economy. It is also an important means that use external capital for regional economic growth. From a long-term point of view, the largest pulling power of economic development to Linzhi which is located in the Tibetan areas inhabited by minority nationalities is investment. Linzhi put the investment promotion as top priority which drives regional economy. It has achieved good results. However, the investment work in Linzhi faces upgrade confusion, such as how to further improve the investment environment, how to expand investment, how to attract foreign investment shift to the towns that have the conditions and the areas in accordance with state industrial policies, how to integrate the work with the upgrade of county's industrial structure.The author uses a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods. Firstly we collected the situation of funds and related development orientation of investment in nearly five years in Linzhi. Secondly it analyzes the data to identify the specific risks and faced problems in Linzhi area. Thirdly, we propose comments and suggestions on the basis of the analysis of investment.This paper is divided into five chapters. ChapterⅠintroduces the background of this topic, the research status abroad and domestic, the main research significance and methods. ChapterⅡanalyzes the status of Linzhi investment. ChapterⅢanalyzes the main problems in investment, such as inadequate investment environment, irrational investment structure, single and rigid model of investment, unprofessional industrial location and financing channels are not smooth. ChapterⅣis problem solving, and the most important part of this article. It proposed counter measures to attract investors. Firstly, we must optimize the investment environment, build a complete social service system. Secondly, we can adjust the investment model, promote the economic structural optimization. Thirdly, we can strengthen industrial planning to form the regional characteristics of industrial clusters. Fourth, building R & D system to enhance regional advantages of technological innovation. Fifth, open up the financing channels and improve the regional SME financing system. Sixth, to improve government functions and the efficiency of regional investment.
