With the accelerating economic development, increasing competition among enterprises forces companies to strive to create the advantages of competitiveness what are hard to be imitated. Companies not only committed to improving the production technology and technological level, but also continue to focus on building a team of employees.Enterprises can not develop without the support of staff, staff of the corporate values, development goals directly affect the recognition or the improvement of employee performance, and thus directly affect the development of enterprises.Organizational identification in recent years is the focus subjects of western scholars in the field of organizational behavior focus. A large number of studies suggest that, when employees of the organization relatively high degree of recognition, employees will be internalized into organizational goals and to strive to achieve personal goals.In mental and behavioral employees also have a greater dependence on organization,and individual performance are naturally improved.Based on the survey about the 226 staffs of four electronics companies of chanyuan group,this article is to understand the current basic conditions of organizational identification of employees the, from individuals, organizations and the external environment to explore the factors of degree of recognition for employees and provide effective proposal to organizations.The first part is an introduction that describes the purpose and significance of this study and summarise and comments the previous research results.The second part is the design and methods that describe the oretical basis, core concepts, research, hypothesis and research ideas, also introduced the research methods used.The third part is the status of organizational identification that analysis the status of organizational identification from four dimensions including cognitive, emotional, and behavioral evaluation. The fourth part is the analysis of the factors of organizational identification, from three levels including individuals, organizations and environmental seeking to the influence the of identification factors.The fifth part is conclusions and recommendations for research.This part is the thus proposed to feasibility proposal to increase the degree of organizational identification of employees.The sixth part is prospects for the discussion.the end, the studier reflects on the shortcomings and the prospect of focus and direction for further research.This article gets the conclusions by empirical study that:at the aspect of individual factors,employee' age, marital status, education level, work experience, work experience, job sector and job can influent the organizational identification; at the aspect of organizational factors, scientific management, membership, organizational image and cultural development can influent the organizational identification; at the aspect of environmental factors, external competition'influence to organizational identification includes cognitive dimension, emotional dimension and evaluation of dimension. Therefore, this article gives five suggestions,including guidelines for the implementation of differential management, standardized and scientific management system, create smooth employee Assistance System, shape positive corporate culture, establish a good corporate image.
