Nowadays,with the development of global economy and the continuous development of social progress,science and technology,our world has entered the a new era,both in the domestic market and international market,the competition is becoming increasingly fierce,which makes enterprises in today's society is facing more and more challenges,one of the more difficult task placed in front of enterprise,this time,you need to cool managers on the current situation analysis,so as to have a clear understanding,able to size up the situation,in the face of the new situation,change,and invincible.The ability of an enterprise is a reflection of the enterprise's inherent possession,to the outside world and the business environment,which mainly includes the ability of resources,structure,environment,learning and creation,product development,production,service and so on.Now,with the high quality products,low prices,service oriented "hard power" has greatly limited the development of competitive advantage,and the enterprise internal management,cultural guidance as the core of the "soft power" competition has become the key to enterprise.Enterprise managers in the continuous improvement of the "hard power",based on more emphasis on the development of enterprises,"soft power".The next 20 years,with the deepening of China's reform and opening-up policy and development,the growing demand for economic development more.At the same time,our country academic environment also showed a hundred schools of thought contend state,under the dual influence of economic and academic environment,China's large number of scholars and research institutions engaged in the direction of the research of "soft strength" and "soft power" more and more relevant papers and works such as research results have been published.As the importance of soft power theory is increasingly prominent,China's Central Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee in May 28,2004,the thirteenth collective learning,asked the new leadership will promote China's "soft power" to enhance the strategic height;early in2007 held a national "soft power" policy,this behavior shows that the "soft power" has not only been the concern of the leadership,but also the national level of concern.During this period,the establishment of a number of soft power research institutions,the national social science fund project,for example,by the Peking University's Soft Power Research Group for the United States of America's cultural soft power,etc..Local governments and enterprises are also chasing after the national level of the research on the soft power of the pace to join the ranks,which opened a new chapterin the study of regional and corporate soft power,which has built a soft power with Chinese characteristics.With the continuous changes in the market situation,a series of internal changes,in order to adapt to the changes in the environment,in the survival of the fittest,become one of the "excellent".Among them,the project bidding agency mainly for the tender,consulting,and enhance the quality of the tender,and with the strict management of the advanced and scientific nature of the operation,in the community has formed a good reputation,has become the construction industry,the market economy is an important symbol,for the construction industry to promote economic development plays an important role.In this paper,we first collect the questionnaire,mainly uses the literature research,questionnaire,quantitative and qualitative analysis and case analysis.Through the design of enterprise employee organizational culture identity questionnaire,statistical data analysis.We believe that the organizational identification of employees is a four-dimensional structure,which is mainly used in the process of exploration,and the results of this study are analyzed by the confirmatory factor analysis,and the regression analysis is used to explore the relationship between the relevant factors and variables and organizational identity.The research in this paper shows that:(1)analysis of the status and problems of the organization culture identity of the bidding and tendering agent,through the design of the questionnaire,the staff of the enterprise is not very high,which will greatly affect the benefit of the organization,and closely related to the continued development of the organization.(2)for the organization's cognition,the sense of belonging,the enthusiasm of the evaluation and the autonomy of enterprise employee behavior constitute the structure dimension of the organization culture identity;(3)the level of employee involvement is higher,so the degree of employee involvement is higher,so the employee's sense of organizational identity is obviously related to the extent of their work involvement,the organization behavior of citizens,and the differences in the organization's identity.(4)to explore the measures
