China as an important part of the world economy, we more and more aware the importance of the development for corporate social responsibility.Agricultural industrialization system is a two-tier system to enrich, improve and develop by the combination of innovative management system, are fundamental measures for china to change inferiority of agriculture, farmers and rural low power of the weak position. in the process of agricultural industrialization, Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises are the mainstay of the market, play a crucial role on China's agricultural modernization, the rural rich and urban and rural development. But in recent years, Frequent food safety incidents, Event labor abuses and others events exposed the leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization neglect of social responsibility. At the same time, In the process of world economic integration, Multinational companies in China have gradually added to the supply chain, Also raise a higher demand for our agricultural industrialization leading enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility.Firstly, we article summarized and analyzed on the background of the development of social responsibility theory, Development status at home and abroad, and performance evaluation methods. Then, we outlined the general and special social responsibilities for China's agricultural industrialization leading enterprises. Then according to this theory, we designed social responsibility performance evaluation index system for agricultural industrialization leading corporate based on stakeholder, and use AHP to calculate the weight value of the index system based on survey of experts. Understand that the highest weighted value is consumers, reaching 24.87%;the second is staff, reaching 19.23%; Suppliers and the environment to equal 14.45% of tied third; the fifth is Community, reaching 9.69%;Shareholders for 9.15%and Government for 8.16%.
