Study On Performance Evaluation Of Leading Enterprises In Agricultural Industrialization

With China's industrial and agricultural development to a new level,facing the new situation in rural reform and development,and innovating the agricultural business model is an inevitable requirement to take the path of modern agricultural development with Chinese characteristics.In the process of agricultural industrialization,agricultural leading enterprises are the carrier for effective undertaking of missions,reform of the agricultural industrialization operation model,driving the development of regional agriculture,and being the backbone of professionalization and scale-up of agriculture.Over the past years,China has focused on supporting the development of leading enterprises in the field of agricultural specialization and has issued a series of policy measures to provide them with good opportunities.As one of the major agricultural provinces in central China—Jiangxi Province,this paper bases on the development of the province's agricultural industrialization,and combines the practical background of its key leading enterprises,and studies the government's support policies for leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization.Its performance evaluation problem.Based on the basic theories of economics,management,and the performance evaluation of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization,this paper also draws on the results of Western performance evaluations to study the supportive policy performance of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization.According to the original intention of government policy support,"supporting agricultural industrialization is to support agriculture,and supporting leading enterprises is to support farmers." In the process of supporting leading enterprises,governments at all levels expect the leading enterprises to play a leading role in guiding the agricultural production and management of local farmers.In order to promote the development of agriculture,increase the income of farmers,and finally achieve support for agriculture is to support farmers.Therefore,from the perspective of stakeholders,the interests of rural households and the social effects that the government expects should all be the aspects that the implementation support policy concerns.Evaluating the operational performance of the leading agriculturalenterprises supported by the agriculture,and the relationship between the impact of the acquisition of subsidies on the farmers and the government support policies,are all practical issues that should be given enough attention.In this study,in order to give a relatively objective and reasonable evaluation,and comprehensively consider the target appeals of stakeholders,the evaluation indicators for supporting policy performance are selected.The research also selects a factor analysis method that can eliminate the differences between indicators,quantifies it using this method,and makes the performance available for comparison and comparison.This objectively and objectively evaluates the financial support policy performance of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises.Firstly,a review of relevant domestic and foreign academic researches was conducted,on the basis of which the leading agricultural enterprises were defined and the relevant corporate performance categories were conceptually defined;then,from the theory of constructing a performance evaluation index system,and the government The coordinative nature of the “three-in-one” support mechanism for leading enterprises and rural households illustrates the theoretical basis for studying the performance of leading enterprises in the context of agricultural industrialization.Secondly,a series of indicators were selected based on a stakeholder perspective to build a performance evaluation system;then,a representative leading company in Ji'an was selected for empirical analysis,and a fair and reasonable evaluation of the current state-financed company's leading corporate performance was obtained,and a relative The obvious conclusion is that financial support policies are efficient to a certain extent,and performance based on the perspective of stakeholders is generally satisfactory.Through the financial support of leading enterprises,their own development and the role of stimulating local farmers are more obvious,and the resulting performance increases with the increase in government support.Finally,on the basis of empirical research,from the point of view of improving the internal and external environment of leading enterprises,relevant measures and recommendations for further improving the financial support policy performance are proposed.
