Information technique the tiding with the contemporary era. By the influence of the application of information technique, national social economy would be abandoned without a correct appraisal of the current situation and a well command of the challenge and opportunities following by the information tide. In term of the impact of information on corporations, the information construction was one of the most important aspects. A proper operation and rational drive of information techniques would profiteer the corporations with enormous economical achievement. In other side, the driving cost would fall fiercely, even become weaker and weaker or break down. Information construction of the leading corporations of agricultural industrialization, which was one of the important economic organizations in XPCG, to some extent, virtuously backed the local economical development, or would be vital to the life of the corporations. Through the current situation of leading corporations of agricultural industrialization, strategic allocation to information construction was obscure, with a decent information construction design, outdated principle of corporation management and a short information input. Consequently, leading corporations of agricultural industrialization was selected in this paper. It would be more helpful to systematically analyze the current situation and existing shortages of information construction. Under the relevant literatures, corresponding evaluation systems were built with regard to comprehensive evaluation of information construction. Whereas, choosing the xinjiang west animal husbandry co., LTD as a typical example, principle component analysis was tackled to measure information level. At last, some countermeasures were prompted to guide an increasing information construction, to provide advisement for the relevant departments of XPCG and leading corporations of agricultural industrializations.
