Research On The Operation Mechanisms Of Continental Bridge Logistics System Under The Background Of “the Belt And Road”

Continental Bridge logistics system as the cross-border international logistics fast channel system,It's play an important role in supporting the “the Belt and Road” strategy of China,and has an important influence to the economic transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry and economic development of the relevant economic region.However,there are still many problems in the operation of Continental Bridge logistics system,which leads to its comprehensive logistics service capacity is difficult to play.Therefore,in order to improve the operation performance,reduce the operation cost,and improve the social value and economic value of the Continental Bridge logistics system,It is necessary to explore its operation rules,and establish the operating mechanism of Continental Bridge logistics system is the key to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the framework of operating mechanism of the Continental Bridge logistics system is established.Based on the analysis of the causes and conditions of the formation of the Continental Bridge logistics system,and the review of the theory of the Continental Bridge logistics system from the perspective of integrated field,while analyzes the constituent elements of the Continental Bridge logistics system and the related factors that affect the operation of the system,forms the analysis framework of the operational mechanism of the Continental Bridge logistics system,and divides the operational mechanism into internal and external operating mechanism.Secondly,the internal operational mechanism of the Continental Bridge logistics system is studied.This paper put forward the four-dimensional sub-mechanism of the Continental Bridge logistics system: dynamic mechanism,organization coordination mechanism,information continuity mechanism and policy guarantee mechanism,and the coupling dynamic relationship between the four-dimensional sub-mechanism is analyzed.While establishing the internal operational mechanism's system dynamics model of Continental Bridge logistics system,and the internal operation mechanism is simulated by Vensim software.Finally,the external operational mechanism of the Continental Bridge logistics system is studied.Through analyzes the coupling relationship between Continental Bridge logistics system and regional social and economic development,this paper proposes two aspects of regional social economy-Continental Bridge logistics demand sub-mechanism and regional socio-economic-Continental Bridge logistics supply mechanism to study the external operation mechanism of Continental Bridge logistics system,and by using the method of cointegration analysis and error correction model,this paper makes an empirical study on the new Eurasian Continental Bridge(China Section).
