The Research On Industrial Structure Optimization In The Northeast Comprehensive Economic Zone

Dividing our country into four economic regions in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, Northeast China is one of them, which includes northeast economic zone. We can find the importance of Northeast area in our country. Facing with new opportunities and challenges, Northeast synthesizes economic zone need to carry on the optimization in the industrial structure for further development in economy.The practice of states,economic development has proved that economic development is increasing of GNP and evolving of Industrial Strucure.The total and Strucure are two independent economic phenomena which depend on and affect each other .To speak generally, balanced industrial strucure is necessary base of economic increasing.optimum Industrial Strucure gives structural effect to economic increasing. Only when science and technology advanced and optimum industrial strucure acquired, the function of industrial strucure can be achieved and the economic latant potential can be brought out. Then we can get high speed and concentrated benefit. The intensive ways of economic increasing have been the target of modern management. In economic globalization, Northeast China has new problems-industrial structure optimization. In market-oriented economy, the adjustment of the industrial structure is the way to select new industry, which will promote superior disposition of resources and realize economic advancement in the end. In the background of promoting the development of Northeast China, it is of great significance to do systematic researches on the adjustment of industry restructure in Northeast China, which includes the history, the present situation and specific measures to be taken.The paper did systematic research on the theory of the industrial structure, and analyzed the history and the present situation of the industrial structure in Northeast China. In the end, Focusing on the Northeast Asia and even the whole world and analyzing the opportunities and challenges in detail, the paper had elaborated some optimized countermeasures in five aspects, and then dwelled on the selection of leading industry in Northeast China.
