Around service outsourcing industry advantage field of Jiangsu province, has been formed to Nanjing which is called "China software city", as a representative of the Sunan service outsourcing industry, industrial characteristic preliminary form.This paper by using the theoretical analysis and empirical research, the method of combining main cities in Jiangsu province service outsourcing industry competitiveness scientific research, and according to the results of analysis further puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions. The third chapter basically introduces the current service outsourcing industry development pattern.Introduces in detail, including the United States, Japan, India, Ireland, and national service outsourcing development mode, and introduced the domestic service outsourcing development status and Jiangsu service outsourcing development condition, through the comparison of Jiangsu province to find the main city development road. Chapter four is through constructing service outsourcing industry competitiveness evaluation system and collect relevant data, the application of regression analysis and factor analysis, it is concluded that the empirical analysis research results, and analyzes the model the applicability and effectiveness.
