Food quality safety is related to the physical health of a major public health problem. It involves not only the health of consumers, but also related to the normal development of the economy, related to social stability and the government's prestige。As society and the advancement of technology, in recent years, one after another of food contamination, for people's health pose a serious threat, caused public concern and the Government and departments concerned of the high degree of attention, in china.Tibet in China's southwest border, due to historical, natural and social reasons, Tibetan folk habits have significant regional and unique national identity, as the Tibetan economic development, industrialization of agriculture and food production in the industrialization of food security in Tibet become increasingly prominent. Tibet's traditional way of life, pastoral areas, the overall cultural quality of the people, traffic information, process and management factors such as food safety problems in Tibet has presented its unique nature. This paper aims to food quality safety conditions in Tibet and the Chinese characteristics that Tibet characteristics of transportation, energy and communications, the traditional way of life, agricultural modernization and industrialization of food, monitoring systems and the planned economic system and other pairs of Tibet analysis of the impact of food safety, find the current problems of food regulatory mechanism.
