The Research Of Hebei Province Industrial Structure Adjustment

China's industrial structure is one of the six key issues in the period of "the 11th Five-Year Program" and "the 12th Five-Year Program" regards "speeding up the transformation of economic development" as an important part of the work in the next five years. The ability to rationalize the industrial structure and the advancement of industrial structure in China are directly related to the sustainable and healthy development of the economy. From Marx to Stalin and then to China's Marxists, they all attach great importance to the issue of industrial structure. Because of the influence of the traditional planned economy system for a long time, the current industry structure in China is still facing many problems, especially the unreasonable ratio of the three industries. Lack of coordination within the industry structure is in urgent need of optimization and adjustment. Hebei Province is not only facing the universal issues, but also typical. Meanwhile the problems in Hebei Province have a certain particularity. From the general regulation of the process of industrialization, Hebei Province is in the middle stage of industrialization, optimizing and upgrading industrial structure is in a critical period. Therefore, upgrading the industrial structure in Hebei Province as soon as possible has a far-reaching significance to the rapid and healthy economic and social development.From the present background and current situation of industry development in Hebei Province, based on the problems of industrial structure, this paper introduces the purposes, significance, basis, unique opinions and methods of this study briefly. Then the paper formulates the industrial structure of classical Marxist theory and Marxism of contemporary China, indicating the necessity and significance of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei province; Thirdly, this article systematically reviews the studies that conclude the adjustment of Industrial Structure in Hebei Province, then analyzes the basic situation of Hebei Province. The paper reviews and summarizes the achievements of Hebei Province industrial structure in detail and especially analyses the basic states of Hebei Province. The author applies the Marxist theory of industrial structure in China, especially the use of China's Marxist theory of industrial structure, analyzes in depth three industries in Hebei Province and the development between the current situation and existing problems within three industries, and concludes the causes of these problems. Finally, from the problems of industrial structure and the causes, this paper puts forward several general ideas and some specific suggestions to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei Province. Making proposals is urgently needed to achieve optimization, upgrade of industrial structure in Hebei Province as soon as possible, change the mode of economic development and realize the change from the extensive form to the intensive form. It can ensure the sustainable and fast economic development in Hebei Province.
