Hebei Province as an underdeveloped eastern provinces, its research can providesome reference value for other similar situation in Hebei province.This paper analyzes the basic situation of Hebei Province, foreign direct investment andindustrial structure, Hebei Province, described the distribution of foreign direct investment inthe industry, three regional distribution and industrial distribution, integrated explore foreigndirect investment on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in our provinceconduction path. Secondly, based on the above analysis of the status quo, both positive andnegative aspects from the influence of foreign direct investment in the province’s industrialstructure and empirical test, to prove the existence of a causal relationship between long-termforeign direct investment and the Industrial Structure.
