Research On The Impact Of The Synergy Between Enterprises' Technological Management And Technological Capacity On Technological Innovation

In the 21st century of the knowledge economy times, Technological innovation has become the core strategy of modern enterprises. If an enterprise wants to survive and develop better, it is necessary to take the effective technological innovation. Technological innovation is one of the key factors for enterprises to get the core competitiveness, so modern enterprises pay more and more attention to the effect of technological innovation and put into a lot of human, material and financial resources to technological innovation activities. But the performance of some enterprises'technological innovation did not match the investment to achieve a certain level; in general the performance of technological innovation is not very high, there are many reasons for that. Among them technological capacity and technological management as two of the most important internal factors which can affect the performance of technological innovation have a very important effect for the improvement of the performance of technological innovation. However many enterprises only pay attention to the effect of technological capacity or the technological management on technological innovation alone, seldom considering the synergy of technological capacity and technological management will make the enterprise to get better technological innovation. Current there is a little research on the synergy development of technological management and technological capacity to promote the success of technological innovation. This paper according to this to do some research, analyze the synergy relationship between technological management and technological capacity, reveals the action mechanism of the synergy between technological management and technological capacity on the technological innovation, proposes the suggestions for improving the synergy degree between technological management and technological capacity and provides some references for enterprise to improve the performance of technological innovation.This paper first studies the constitution of technological management and technological capacity, analyzes the synergy relationship between technological management and technological capacity, and makes an economic explanation on the synergy relationship between them impacting on the technological innovation. Based on this, this paper constructs the action mechanism model of the synergy between them impacting on the technological innovation. And then builds the synergy degree measurement model of technological management and technological capacity and the indicator system of synergy degree measurement; through direct using the questionnaire data which has been existed by the project of my supervisor's calculates the synergy degree between each subsystem and the whole system of technological management and technological capacity. Secondly according to the method of correlation analysis and regression analysis measures the influence of technological innovation performance which is affected by the synergy degree between each subsystem and the whole system of technological management and technological capacity, in order to reveal the relationship among technological innovation and the synergy degree between each subsystem and the whole system of technological management and technological capacity, and reveals the specific impact that the synergy degree between each subsystem and the whole system of technological management and technological capacity on technological innovation performance. Lastly the paper takes Heilongjiang DongAn company as an example to conduct a case analysis study, and through the summary of the case proposes some suggestions about improving the synergy degree between technological management and technological capacity and improving the technological innovation performance.
