The Study On The Development Mode Of Rural Microfinance In China

China's rural economic development needs financial support. How to provide quality financial services to meet the needs of rural areas is a very important issue. Microfinance has been introduced to China, after years of development, it has achieved remarkable results. Accelerating the development of microfinance in rural areas contribute to better meet the needs for capital and better promote economic development in rural areas. In the process of development of microfinance, there are some of the factors restricting the development of microfinance. Solving these problems, the development of microfinance will play a greater role.This paper analyzes the status and the problems in the development of microfinance. Through analyzing the development mode of foreign microfinance and the development mode of domestic innovative microfinance case, the article advanced the advice for the development mode of microfinance.This article first introduces the development of the basic conditions of Microfinance, including the development process of Microfinance in our country, the sustainable development implies and the development problems of Microfinance. I analysis some Problem about the lack of credit, the low interest rate ,the insufficient management methods and the defective Product design. Then I analyze the successful development mode of Microfinance , such as the model of GB in Bangladesh, the model of BRI——UD in Indonesia and so on. Then this article analyzes the successful model of Microfinance in china , such as the model of the service center , the model of the small loan company and the model of the Village bank and so on. Finally I made the proposals about the model of Microfinance. It includes two aspects of contents. The first aspect of contents is about the development mode of microfinance for our country. The another aspect of contents is the proposals about the development mode of Microfinance.
