In recent years with the rapid development of electronic commerce more and more people are changing consumption patterns over the past by way of the Internet for online shopping, payments, transfers, remittances, etc., And they enjoy the convenience brought by the rapid development of Internet and fun. But with the rapid development of technology and the large mobile phone users, telephone users, they are not satisfied with a single Internet shopping and spending and would like to have diversity and a wide range of means, such as Voice, SMS, KJAVA, Mobile POS, BREW, etc. other to achieve faster and more convenient service.At present the most representative is each bank's website payment platform (payment gateway) and third-party payment platforms such as: Taobao, Alipay, PayEase, Grand payment platform. But the use and means of access are more single.So they have some limitations, such as Paypal: user must select the bank which the card be opened in. Then the system jump to the bank's payment gateway page which user can enter the bank card account number and password. Finally the bank's payment platform returns the result to Taobao with the way of orders.With the advantages of the current payment platform this paper will design that the front-end processing center directly communicates the Guangdong CUP and to build a variety of terminal-based access and data security of electronic payment platform.It will be to meet the user via the Internet, Voice, SMS, KJAVA, Mobile POS means to achieve such purchases, payments, getting balance or transfer business. And this platform can stack with the terminal without having to change the way applications.More business can be superimposed on this basis and it will be providing a variety of applications such as: water and electricity payments, ticket ordering, lottery and so on.At first this paper describes the current status of payment platform then to analyze the advantages and disadvantages.So we can get the significance of the proposed design of the platform. This paper describes the framework, module function, network architecture, application process of this platform with the related concepts and principles, requirements of CUP technical specifications. In this platform the core Web service application subsystems uses the advanced technology to be a unified interface and processes the request or return of a variety of access terminal.And continues to introduce that how to use Xfire to realize this function and gives concrete realization of each module. This means greatly enhance the platform's flexibility and scalability. Then this respectively introduce the four access terminals of Web, Voice, SMS, Kjava which how to communicate the core application subsystem and describes the framework and the module function for a variety of access terminals.It nextly describes the function modules, structure, networking and the realization of each module of the front-end processing center which is between the core application subsystem and CUP. Then it uses the Des, RSA, MD5, OCX controls, SSL, encryption machine to achieve all aspects of data security. Finally this paper summarizes the work which done, and the next step of research is discussed.
