The Study Of Offshore Outsourcing Services To Undertake The Motivation And Development Model In Tianjin

In recent years, with the gradual deepening of global economic integration, including offshore outsourcing as a new non-entity trade is rising, and the gradual rise in trade volume. To outsourcing states, through integration of global resources to enhance their competitiveness; to undertaking states, information technology has opened up a high loading, low energetic consumption, higher value—added industry means many advantages, trading parties can achieve mutual benefits. Tianjin is vigorously promoting the development of service outsourcing industry in recent years. Offshore outsourcing can effectively relieve the pressure of employment by undertaking the outsourcing business, promote industrial upgrading and enhance the status of international trade. The smooth development of the service outsourcing in Tianjin not only has important significance, but also has far—reaching social significance.The paper introduces the background of the global outsourcing service firstly, followed by a large number of related literature, from the offshore outsourcing service motives,following motives and location selection three aspects of the literature review. And combine the previous studies and their own views, at last establish research content and methods of the papers. The third part of the article study the contract from the motivation,location selection, where the former is from the internal and external factors to research this subject, which is according to the macro,meso and micro levels to analyze. As the core part of the fourth part of this article, it is on the motivation of the offshore outsourcing services to undertake the empirical research, starting with the angle of employment income in Tianjin,study from abroad,industrial development and international development and the enhancement of International trade point of view in Tianjin five aspects of the perspective analysis. On the basis of analysis, I rely on our own survey data derived from using principal component analysis to take an empirical analysis. During the process, six principal components were selected and drawn to undertake offshore outsourcing services. After the change of motivation and the extent of the size, the negative impact of the same offshore outsourcing services also was analyzed. The fifth part of the Tianjin offshore outsourcing in outsourcing model, we use comparative analysis and development model in the analysis under the premise of Tianjin is a major domestic and foreign outsourcing to undertake land development model for analysis. After the use of diamond model from the factors of production, we should demand to undertake the five angles of Tianjin offshore outsourcing service industry and the future status of the study. The sixth part of the article will be done to study the motives and mode of the comparative development study of the combination of services to dig out the reason of Tianjin undertaking offshore outsourcing development process. From deficiencies,gaps,to government manageable level,corporate policy recommendations related.
