The Infection Research Of Transactive Memory Systeams To Team Performance In Top Management Team

Today, economic competition is so intense, the market is more internationalized, the environment changes of competitive,regulatory,and technological is an impact to strategic management in China. The Top Management Team has become the main driver of sustainable competitive. At the same time, knowledge becomes the most important economic resources. So Wegner put forward that transactive memory systems can help people to understand and improve the knowledge handling mechanism of teams. Therefore, the examination of transactive memory systems in top management team is particularly important. For the lack of previous studies to transactive memory systems, this paper will has a empirical research of transactive memory systems how to play in TMT, and confirmed the relationship between it and the performance of TMT.In this paper, transactive memory systems will be introduced in TMT, and on base of a large number of literature has being read, obtains that the antecedent variables is heterogeneity who has a greater impaction to transactive memory systems. This paper also summarize the researches of the heterogeneity of TMT,transactive memory systems and the performance of TMT, proposes some relations assumptions among the three respect. And has an empirical study approaching the questionnaire, does a descriptive statistics and a preliminary correlation analysis by SPSS17.0 to the survey variables, finally, has a multiple regression analysis to relevant variables, obtains the overall hypothesis test results. The results show that transactive memory systems have a positive correlation to the team performance, and heterogeneity of TMT has a good positive role to the transactive memory systems in TMT. Finally, considering the factors of internal and external environment, looking transactive memory systems as a mechanism of knowledge integration, puts forward an optimization model.
