With the rise of knowledge economy, the organization must obtain and maintain competitive advantage to adapt complex environment. Team, as the basic unit of organization, has been widely encountered because teamwork can integrate members’ expertise and knowledge as they face complex and unique problems. Creativity is one important factor that affects organizational performance, then, how to enhance team creativity has become a hot topic in management theory and practices.Team creativity influenced by many factors, among them, the role of knowledge is particularly important. Considered to be the most valuable resource and key assets, knowledge can be leveraged to create sustainable advantage for organizations. Therefore, the research on team collaboration and knowledge management is very important. Transactive memory system (TMS) is a collective memory system for encoding, storing, retrieving, and communicating team knowledge from different domains, which refers to a specialized division of labor that develops within a team. TMS can improve team creativity by enabling team members to access expertise more efficiently thereby increasing the effectiveness of the whole collaboration process. Therefore, the underlying mechanism of TMS and Team Creativity is worthy of investigation.Based on the perspective of team management and knowledge management, this paper makes a research about the mechanism of TMS and its different dimensions (Expertise, Trust and Coordination) influential on Team Creativity, and introducing Team Learning and Knowledge Sharing as mediator variables, deeply exploring the mediating effect on TMS’s different dimensions. In addition, in the research of process about Team Learning and Knowledge Sharing acting on Team Creativity, introducing one moderate variable-Team Leadership of Support for Innovation, strive to make a more in-depth analysis of the relationship between TMS and Team Creativity.This research takes one machinery manufacturing enterprise as sample, collects 42 valid teams’questionnaires, and then gets some main conclusions through analysis:1. TMS and its different dimensions have a positive effect on Team Creativity.2. Team Learning has a mediate effect on the relationship between TMS and Team Creativity.3. Knowledge Sharing has a mediate effect on the relationship between TMS and Team Creativity.4. The moderate effect of Team Leadership of Support for Innovation is not significant.
