At the age of the knowledge economy, the competitive environment of market changes rapidly, in order to achieve rapid response capabilities and outstanding market competitiveness and to achieve sustainable development, more and more enterprises take the team as an effective strategy for organizational development. On the other hand, as the accelerated process of economic globalization and information technology development, enterprise management is also increasingly showing a complex trend, enterprise management gradually from information management into knowledge management. Therefore, team knowledge management has been an unprecedented emphasis on the business community, researchers and theoreticians have also played great attention to the development of team knowledge management theory, and the transactive memory system in the study is a kind of team knowledge management.Transactive memory systems in the past research is widely focused on transactive memory system itself, and the relationships between transactive memory system and team performance, rarely referring to the factors affecting transactive memory system, but also the lack of the in-depth study between transactive memory system and team behavior variables such as team learning and team innovation and so on. For the reason, this study summarize the previous studies on the transactive memory systems and comprehensive analysis the transactive memory system factors affecting the formation and development, and on the emphasis of the relationship between transactive memory system and team behavior variables such as team learning and team innovation, and try to build a team performance model based the core of the transactive memory system.In this paper, the study object is knowledge-based work teams, and use the relevant team knowledge management theory to analysis in-depth the factors influencing the formation and development of the transactive memory system as well as the impact of transactive memory system on team learning and innovation. Through questionnaires and other empirical research methods to obtain a large number of first-hand information, using SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis to explore the relationship among the various variables, and at last make some recommendations and countermeasures on how to develop transactive memory system to improve team effectiveness.This study concludes that:team trust, distributed expertise, cognitive interdependence can significantly affect the formation and development of transactive memory systems; transactive memory systems have a stronger role in promoting team learning and team innovation; team trust, distributed expertise, cognitive interdependence also have strong predictive role on team learning and innovation, but the three above do not affect team learning and innovation directly, and mainly through the transactive memory systems to influence team learning and team innovation.
