The Industrial Structure Optimization Based On Circular Economy

Since the reform and opening up, China's economic made quick development and remarkable achievement. But obtained the rapid development of the economy at the same time, resources and environment problems are becoming more and more outstanding, they have become obstacles to sustainable economic development. Irrational industrial structure in China at this stage is an important reason for unreasonable resources and environment.This paper expounds the connotation of the industrial structure optimization, and combined with circular economy criteria, defined the concept of the industrial structure optimization based on circular economy.In addition, this paper has combed the theory of industrial structure.Industrial structure theory includes three development stages:the early industrial structure theory, the adjustment theory of industrial structure and the optimization theory of industrial structure. The optimization theory of industrial structure is the core of this study, so it plays a great role in guiding this article.The optimization theory of industrial structure including the advancement of industrial structure and the rationalization of industrial structure, the optimization of industrial structure is to promote the process of advancement and the rationalization of industrial structure. In the discriminant of the advancement and rationalization of industrial structure, scholars at home and abroad have certain accomplishment, but the most standard criterion is based on a single standard,and the sustainable economic development is rarely take into account,that is, considering the constraints of resources and environment effects on the economy, and thus has some limitations.This article fully considering the impacts of the advancement and rationalization of industrial structure, combined with the core concept of circular economy namely of circular economy "3R" standards, innovatively combined these three criterias and based on it discriminate the optimization of industrial structure. In addition, the orderly replacement of dominant industry is an important way to realize the advancement of industrial structure, based on the original selective benchmark of dominant industry and unifies the benchmark of circular economy, constructs index system and model of the selection of dominant industry based on circular economy, and choose cangzhou's dominant industry based on circular economy.This paper uses the SPSS software's principal component analysis of factor analysis for empirical research of industrial structure optimization and the selection of dominant industry based on circular economy.Because of my limited capacity and the datas are difficult to obtain these subjective and objective reasons, the result of research has certain deviation, but this article's research method about industrial structure optimization based on circular economy has certain reference significance.
