Optimization Of Regional Industrial Structure Based On The Circular Economy

By reviewing the current researches on the field both at home and abroad, the dissertation makes a detailed and systematic study on the optimization of regional industrial structure based on the circular economy.Firstly, based on the researches of the circular economy and the regional industrial structure, the conception of the optimization of regional industrial structure based on the circular economy is put forward. The analysis of the impaction of the natural resources energy and environment on optimization of the industrial structure is established.Secondly, the development of the industrial structure based on the circular economy is analyzed. According to the principles of circular economy, the effect factors of the development of the industrial structure are amended. Coupling the identification standards of the development of the industrial structure with the requirements of the circular economy, the identification standards of the development of the industrial structure based on the circular economy is proposed.Thirdly, the rationalization of the regional industrial structure based on the circular economy is analyzed. As far as the impaction of the natural resources energy and environment are concerned, the principles and the identify standards of the rationalization of the regional industrial structure based on the circular economy are put forward. The Shift-share Method model is proposed to the identification of the rationalization of the regional industrial structure.Fourthly, as the development of the industrial structure is based on the selection of the leading industries, the sector installation in existing In-Output tables is improved according to the principles of circular economy. Based on this improvement, the selection criterion of the leading industries based on circular economy is improved. In the end, the selection of the leading industries of Jiangsu Province is taken as example by Weighted Gray Clustering Analysis model and Integrated Judgment model. The analysis is compared with another analysis without considering of natural resources energy and environment.Finally, considering the evaluation indicators system of circular economy, the indicators system of the distinction of regional industrial structure based on the circular economy is put up. The industrial structure based on the circular economy of JiangSu province is taken as example Shift-share Method model and some corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
