An Empirical Analysis On The Impact Of Industrial Structure Change On Economic Growth In Shandong

Since the reform and opening-up,as one of the biggest economic province of Shandong,with its own coastal and resource advantages,the economy has been growth rapidly.However,due to the expense of the environment at the expense of the extensive development model over the years,the structural contradictions have become increasingly prominent in Shandong Province.To obtain sustainable economic development,it is imperative to optimize the industrial structure of Shandong Province.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the characteristics of industrial structure change and its impact on economic growth in Shandong,to formulate and implement relevant policies according to local conditions.Firstly,this article combs the scholar's research from the perspectives of theoretical research and empirical analysis.Then,this paper draws lessons from the two-sector economic growth model,which includes the traditional industrial sector and the modern industry sector.Deduce the rationalization and advancement of the industrial structure promote the growth rate of total output with the economic growth accounting equation theoretically.Thirdly,from the perspective of "quantity",this paper summarizes the characteristics of economic development and industrial structure change in Shandong Province in the past 30 years.The main indicators selected are real GDP,GDP growth rate,the proportion of the output value and the proportion of employment of the three industries,labor productivity.Finally,to verify the theoretical analysis results,this paper uses the economic development data of Shandong Province,construct the VAR model since the reform and opening-up.From the aspects of impulse response and variance decomposition,this paper analyzes the rationalization and standardization of industrial structure influencing on total output in Shandong.Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis,the author draws the following conclusions: the rationalization and advanced process of industrial structure promote the improvement of total output level in Shandong Province.Although the layout of industrial structure in Shandong Province still exists unreasonably and the level of the advancement of industrial structure needs to be further improved,the rational allocation of resources to promote the role of economic growth is still greater than the impact of advanced industrial structure.
