A Study On The Financing Mode Of Urban Infrastructure In Tianjin

Urban infrastructure is the important material base of the national economy for the sustainable development, urban infrastructure has positive function for promoting the national economy and regional economy developing rapid and healthy, for improving the investment environment, for strengthening the urban comprehensive service function, for strengthening the regional exchanges and cooperation, the central and local government attach great importance on the development of urban infrastructure, which is obtained the key support at the country industrial policy. Urban infrastructure in Tianjin is in the fast development period, but the financing mode relatively lags behind, it can't keep up with the rapid development of urban infrastructure, which is causing the financing mode of the urban infrastructure in Tianjin having many risks. At present, the state requires cleaning the local government debt financing platform thoroughly, under this background, we need improved the original unreasonable financing mode to meet the regulations and requirements of the nation.In order to provide suggestions for the financing mode of urban infrastructure in Tianjin, this paper analyzes the financing mode of the Tianjin Infrastructure Investment Group, which is the most representative of urban infrastructure in Tianjin, this paper points out the problem for the financing mode of the urban infrastructure in Tianjin at present. At the same time, this paper analyzes the advanced financing mode of urban infrastructure in the developed countries, and absorbing the advanced experience of developed countries. At last this paper provides the corresponding suggestions aiming at the existing problems, in order to provide the valuable reference to improve the financing mode of the urban infrastructure in Tianjin and promote the urban infrastructure in Tianjin developing healthily and sustainable.
