Research Of Financing Mode About Urban Infrastructure In Tianjin

Urban infrastructure is the carrier and important guarantee of city existence anddevelopment; it has respect to the development of the national economy and theoverall progress of society. With the development of economic globalization, theprocess of city in our country is accelerating in recent years. Investment in urbaninfrastructure is increasing from place to place. Nevertheless that demand pressurewhich under the rapid expansion of city population still exists in urban infrastructure.Moreover, there is also a large gap in development of infrastructure betweendeveloped countries and ours. Urban infrastructure in Tianjin is in rapid developmentperiod, still leading dominated by the traditional government, the development offinancing platform is backward relatively, project finance financing is scattering witha certain risk. In this context, consider the actual and analyze the current financingmode to make recommendations for risk reduction.This thesis analyzes the problem in construction financing of urban infrastructure,based on the effect of urban infrastructure construction financing, considering theactual situation in Tianjin, to point out the problem in urban infrastructureconstruction financing. Meanwhile, based on the practical analysis about the currentfinancing mode in developed countries, draw on the imagining and experience, tomake suggestions for the problem in urban infrastructure construction financing andto improve the current financing mode in Tianjin, providing a reference value inpromote sustainable development.
