As the profits source of construction enterprise, construction project has characteristics of complexity of implementation process, big uncertainty, a high degree of risk and so on, and the compensation of which has more influencing factors, so the compensation management should show the change and dynamics. But nowadays in the compensation management of construction project, the influencing factors are not well embodied, and the compensation management don't adapt to the dynamics and complexity of construction project management.The true contribution of the staff can't be reflected and the incentive effect is restrained. Through questionnaire and interviewing, the article investigates the current situation of existing problem of construction project compensation management,and put forward the proposal to establish dynamic compensation on the base of dynamic position management to achieve the purpose of atrracting and retaining the excellent employee.The article in light of China's construction project management,applied at home and abroad related to thetheories and methods,and put forward that the establishment of dynamic compensation management system to eneourage the construction project staff,and which the construction project get the maximum benefit. The dynamic compensation of construction project adheres to the development strategy of the company, according to the overall internal and external circumstances of the construction project, select the compensation strategy correctly, design the comenpensation system systematically and and implement dynamic management to realize strategic objective of the company.Due to various influential factors, the dynamic compensation combine the influential factors with compensation management system to reflect the real contribution of the staff. The compensation of which is influenced by many factors that should be considered in the designing of compensation system, so the compensation of project staff can reflect the performance of the project and the staff more truthfully. While this can manifest the indemnificatory of compensation, and highlight the stimulation function. Research on the topic of construction project compensation will contribute to the solution of the avoidance of dynamic adjustment machanism problem of the staff, and can be used for reference value and practical significance for attracting and keeping the talents.The article put forward the theoretical basis, design principle, design process and operating mechanism of the dynamic compensation. The dynamic compensation is by no means isolated and is therefore supported by related management system, such as set up new ideas about human capital to improve the employee's job satisfaction, determine the proper compensation level by marketing survey to improve the external competitiveness of the compensation, optimize the structural design of the compensation and set up performance orientation compensation structure, establish the dynamic adjusting mechanism of compensation management. At last, the design of the dynamic compensation system is validated by a case, and made a concise summary of this article, and pointed out the weak point of the article, prospect the studies in the future.
