Study Of Construction Project Risk Based On Its Dynamic Development

Construction project itself and its unique characteristics need dynamic and comprehensive study for its risk. Project risk has always been the research focus of many scholars. They have done depth study on the project risk identification, evaluation and overall management of project risks,but there are lack of dynamic management for the risk factors on their study. Based on the process of construction project risk management,three pahases of risk developing and the whole life cycle of construction project, through analyzing the characterictics of construction project and its reflecting at every stages of the whole life of project, this paper propose a process-based and dynamic thinking for the construction project risk management, develops that construction project risk management need to updated accopanying the changes of risk factors.Through analysis of the characteristics of construction projects and its management and the causes of construction project risks, this paper proposes the characteristics of construction project risk and its development of the whole life of every stages. And then analysis the occurrence of risk factors at every stage through the decomposition of construction project of its life cycle, then develops the model of dynamic risk identification, stressed identifying risk factors timely and effectively according to select the appropriate risk identification method or tool and concer whether there is any new risks at any time; next proposes the dynamic metric model for construction project risks based on the results of risk identification and the fact that the same risk factor can affect the target of project of every stage, but the results from them maybe different. From this model, ranking of risk factors to every target can be come and then corresponding responses are formulated; finally develops the dynamic control model for construction project risks, its control covers three respects:whether the response itself have risks, if new risks come accompanying the developing of construction project and whether the response is effective. At last, it proposes the comprehensive and dynamic management for risk through a specific construction project, and give the direction and suggestions for further research.Through the research of construction project risk management, summed up the shortcoming of project risk management at current stage in the dynamic changes of risk factors, raise the dynamic management at current stage in the dynamic changes of risk factors, raise the dynamic management thinking of all stages to the process of implementation of construction projects, it aims at identifying and metricing and controlling risk using dynamic management, and then achieve the project objectives better.
