EPC(Procurement Construction Engineering)project is a one of the project management model.After bidding,it commissioned by a company as a contractor for the design,procurement,construction,general contracting.In this way,the general contractor can contorl the project schedule,cost,quality,compensation management,centralized management,in order to make the project success.Compensation management is the core content of human resource management.Because of the different characteristics of every project,it is necessary to select an effective performance evaluation or compensation management system,according to the specific circumstances of the development.This thesis focuses onimorove the construction of the compensation system,combined with the impact of performance evaluation in the construction of the system.By introdction the background and meaning,adopted technical path and contents of research and method,the thesis sums up and discusses on related theories,the status quo of national and foreign research about the compensation management of EPC project,especially the design principles of compensation system and the model for the design of compensation system.On this basis,Analysis of current compensation management system by project evaluation method,the salary satisfaction survey,salary structure and level analysis,finding out the existing problems and causes of the compensation management system of A company EPC project.Finally,with the steps of re-design,re-designing process of compensation management system of A company EPC project.
