Research On The Optimization Of Reverse Logistics System Of KD Marine Equipment Manufacturing Company

Due to slowdown of the global economic growth,the market of marine and offshore engineering in China remains inactive over a long period of time.For those upstream equipment manufacturing industries with serious overcapacity,how to enhance the efficiency of internal management and strengthen its competitive advantage has become the primary task of its survival and development.The theory of reverse logistics has been developed into a more mature topic in China since its introduction in the early 21 st century,but the related researches mainly focused on customer returns and waste recycling.Based on the internal management of the enterprise,this paper studies the optimization of the "complete reverse logistics system" that fully covers the clients,internal departments and suppliers from the perspective of the logistics integration strategy implementation.This paper firstly introduces the current researches of reverse logistics at home and abroad;and analyzes the importance of strengthening reverse logistics management based upon "SCOR model" and through the characteristics of three stages of micro logistics integration theory.Then according to the current situation of KD company's logistic organization,process,ERP and inventory management status,eatablishing the optimization scheme of reverse logistics system The optimization is mainly implemented through the optimization of organizational and responsibility structure,operational processes and ERP modules,comprehensive inventory management and the internal assessment indicators.In the process of optimization,Balanced Scorecard is used to determine the target and execute the optimal procedure,and AHP is used to carry out case analysis on influential factors of reverse logistics system.Finally,introducing the tracking of optimization and continuous improvement of management by the fulfillment status of the goal and other aspects of the optimization.The case analysis shows that the optimization of reverse logistics system can reflect and integrate forward logistics so as to promote the effective implementation of enterprise integrated logistics strategy and in the long run to achieve the strategic goal of strengthening the use of assets,reducing costs,increasing productivity and reducing operational risk.
