The Spatio-temporal Changes Of The Construction Land Use In Aksu Area

Construction land usually refers to used for buildings,build thing and the applicable scope of the land.It is the basis of social and economic development,and its use of level can give regional bring different economic,social and environmental benefits. Although for one of the six points accounts of the country land area,but due to the constraint of water resource,available land area is quite limited,increasing development of industrialization propulsion,quickening pace of national resources construction reserves , the urbanization of Xinjiang will enter accelerated development stage,the development speed of the construction land will gradually faster,the amount of land used for construction will be increased rapidly,the contradiction will also has been increasing.Meanwhile,the construction land stay on the extensive stock level and low use efficiency.In order to improve the level of construction land use and realize the sustainable utilization of land resources,this paper has carried on the spatial and temporal variation of construction land in Aksu area.In this paper,the progress of construction land theory at home and abroad were reviewed and natural economic situation analysis of aksu area in akesu cotton region, based on the spatial and temporal variation construction land,which aims at revealing the paper analyses of aksu area the regularity of construction land,this paper discusses the factors driving factors driving the drive to construction land use change,and actively guide intensity of reasonable layout construction land and realize the sustainable development.Therefore,this research content mainly includes the following aspects:The first part is relevant research background,significance and progress of theoretical overview.This paper is mainly introduced the research background,the research significance,the research contents,the research methods,the technical route,etc.At the same time,to construction land use change related research achievements and practice at home and abroad were reviewed the theory.The second part is the study area profile and analysis.Namely,introduces the aksu area natural geographical conditions,social economic conditions,and land use status of aksu area,etc.The third part is in akesu cotton region construction land in aksu area based on present situation of construction land dynamic characteristics are analyzed.Mainly includes aksu area construction land quantity,structure,utilization degree,space pattern changes,etc. The fourth part is aksu area construction land use change driving force analysis.First aksu area of effect of construction land changes driving factors for qualitative analysis,and then by the principal component analysis method, the selection of quantitative analysis of social economic factors,and on this basis to cause the driving factors construction land changes were analyzed.The fifth part to analysis,based on the proposed construction land utilization in aksu area countermeasures and Suggestions.
