Research Of Tianjin Key Plant's Integrated Quality Management System

In recent years, with the rapid development of automotive industry, subsequently, it will require higher and higher product and service quality. In order to achieve the international manufacturing level, almost all local automotive accessories manufactures conduct the international quality management system standard of ISO/TS 16949. In order to meet the different requirements of automotive customer, Tianjin Key Automotive Accessories Co., Ltd conducts ISO/TS16949 system, then integrates the manufacturing and quality ability requirements of Volkswagen and Ford Motor corporation. Since the integrated quality management system is conducted, the company makes a great progress in product development, process control and sub-supplier management, the implementation of system promotes the operation performance. The article introduces the main content of ISO/TS 16949 and the quality requirements of Volkswagen and Ford Motor firstly, analyzes the feasibility of integrating different quality management system, researches and analyzes the same points and content of integrated system. Secondly, it analyzes the structure and characteristic of integrated quality management system of Tianjin Key Automotive Accessories Co., Ltd clarifies the main structure, which is composed of core conception, driving model, core model and support model, then describes the monitor model of integrated quality management system. Thirdly, it introduces the process plan of integrated quality management system, moreover, mainly introduces the core model including sub-supplier management, process control and product development process. Finally, it states the performance of integrated quality management system. Currently, Tianjin Key Automotive Accessories Co., Ltd has made good performance in product development, process control and customer satisfaction, meanwhile, it also passes the authorization from the customers such as Ford, Volkswagen and etc.Through integrating different quality management system, it makes Tianjin plant achieve the profits, improve the delivery performance, reduce the operation cost and enhance the core competence. Currently, it passes ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification and excellent supplier qualification of FAW-Volkswagen.
