Research On Optimization Of Investment Attraction Management By Project Of Ganjiang New Area

This paper takes the attract investment of Ganjiang New Area as the research object,and attempts to reconstruct the whole process of attract investment by introducing the theory of project management into the attract investment practice,so as to make a qualitative leap in the attract investment of Ganjiang New Area so that the soft power and core competitiveness of the Ganjiang new Area in attract investment activities could be enhanced.The paper first conducts a detailed text research,and provides a new way of thinking for the development of this paper by summarizing the previous research results.After referring to a large number of documents,it is found that the research on the combination of project management theory and attract investment activities is relatively rare,which shows that the research in this paper is innovative to a certain extent.In addition,as a preliminary work,the paper also sorts out some concepts and related theories that need to be used in the article.The clarification of the concept’s meaning sets the boundaries for the analysis of the problem,and the overview of the theoretical tools can clarify the method of solving the problem.This is an essential prerequisite for this paper,to ensure that the article can target the issues accurately.On the basis of clear premise,this paper first uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of the existing investment project management in Ganjiang New Area.The purpose of the analysis is to provide a basis for solving the problem.Based on the conclusion of the analysis,this paper designs a scheme for the project management of attract investment in Ganjiang New Area on the basis of project management and life cycle theory,and divides the entire attract investment activity into four closely related links,namely the start-up link,the planning link,the implementation link and the closing link,and also sets the basic objectives,activity processes,organizational guarantee and other measures for each link.Finally,in order to make the idea of project management put into practice,this paper also puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of organization reengineering,personnel training and information construction.This paper studies and comprehensively uses the project management theory in management.Based on the analysis and summary of mass data,this paper puts forward some suggestions and ideas for the promotion and improvement of attract investment in Ganjiang New Area,which can finally provide some useful enlightenment for local governments to improve the efficiency and effect of attract investment.
