Facing the severe challenge of global warming, the concept of"low carbon economy"appears. In the construction industry,"low carbon building"has become the focus of people. The construction and development of low carbon building needs the participation of investor, owner, contractors, supervision unit, consultation unit, government, bank, insurance company and user. So researching the low carbon construction and management model is very important, studying on partnering behavior model of low carbon construction is significant.The thesis firstly introduces the purpose and significance of this paper, it also suggests the theoretical foundation and research method, study status in home and abroad and developing trend.The thesis analyzes the evolution and development of participants in building activities, studies the relationship of participants in different historical stages, makes clear the importance of building partnering in building activities. Then it analyzes the necessity of building partnering in the process of low carbon construction, studies the behavior mechanism of partnering.The hardcore of the paper is the research on partnering behavior model of low carbon construction. By analyzing every participant's behavior of low carbon construction, researching the behavior model of partnering of low carbon construction, builds partnering behavior model of low carbon construction based on game theory.Moreover, the thesis combined with the example of the partnering of low carbon construction in Yanhe Village, chooses a farmer housing, analyzes its participants of low carbon building construction, builds the partnering of low carbon building construction in Yanhe Village based on game theory, it finally concludes the countermeasures and suggestions to develop partnering of low carbon construction in Yanhe Village.
