Study On Partnering Management Mode And Relative Mechanism

In our construction project management,the biggest issue is mess organization and uncleared communication.Although,our construction market has implemented "open policy" since accessed to WTO,with increasing number of foreign contractors involving,our state owned construction market will face with enormous challenge. During the period of studying in Sweden,I have contacted with several local companies,their efficient management and "man centerd" idea left me deep impression.Especially their management mode has been transferred from traditional type to partnering style,which brings lots of profits.In my essay,I mainly take these questions into consideration:What kinds of advantages of partnering mode make it commonly used in the west? Why can management mode run efficiently based on "trust"? What are disadvantages of partnering and how will it develop further in the future? Is the partnering mode suitable for our construction market? How should we do improvement and adjustment for our constructin team if adopting partnering mode in construction management?Compared to trational management mode,the obvious feature of partnering is to establish a cooperative management team among participants.It can promise supervision to construction project directly and avoid argument to largest extent, which achieves "two-wins" strategy.Due to the researches related to partnering management mode in China are not too much,hence,this article introduces partnering management from various aspects,such as origin,element,style, organizational structure as well as operation procedure.Moreover,analysis modle of different mechanisms have been made according to game theory.This can point out the why partnering outweights traditional style and how it advance further.In the end,partnering mode has been combined with Chinese situation,which offers practical suggestion to the reformation of state owned enterprise and improve the profits to contractors and investors.
