The Research Of Partnering Model In The Field Of Engineering Construction Of China

The paper aims at the conditions of the great scale of construction engineering, the need of efficiency of construction strongly to be enhanced, the management model of connstruction to be innovated, and there lacks of cooperation in China. In order to give play to the efficiency of cooperation ,there are many problems to be resolved when the Partnering Model is applied in China.On the basis of the deep exploring of the Partnering Model and the external and internal differences, the dissertation presents the strategies on how to localize the Partnering Model, which includes the principles and the basic tasks.It breaks through the confine of the foreign Partnering Model which only applies itself to solving the disputes and conflict between all the sides who participate the construction engineering projects during the period the project implemented, puts forward to the applicable mode in the angle of time and space,builds up the cooperation network between all the participants.On the basis of deep analysis of applying the Partnering Model in China, the dissertation brings forward the gradual improvement tactics of the Partnering Model. In order to solve the operational problems of putting the Partnering Model in practice, this dissertation carries out the research on implementing the Partnering Model based on the sponsor, the research includes the Partnering implementing process, the determination of the sponsor, and builds the partnering- appraising model.The author puts forward to the idea of institutional cooperation, and draw up the general and special conditions of the Partnering agreement,and also the methods of physical, contractual and organizational interface management, brings forward the application of the managerial tactics of the Partnering Model, works out the management mechanism of the Partnering Model. The dissertation suggests that the learning organizations are the essence of the Partnering unions, builds the Partnering learning organization mechanism and the Partnering trust mechanism.
