Development-oriented Poverty Alleviation Project Simulation And Post Evaluation Based On SD-AHP

Long-term since, poverty is one of the problems which perplex the harmonious development of society. From the 1980s, China's government began planned and organized large-scale poverty alleviation actions, have made great progress against poverty. However, due to natural endowments scarcity in poor rural areas, the development of independent economic lack of motivation, its deep and wide poverty, the anti-poverty work is very difficult to step forward. Therefore, the in-depth analysis of poverty situation in rural areas to study the effective mode of poverty alleviation, to perfect anti-poverty strategy to meet the sustainable development, has a great significance for the anti-poverty in current rural area.In this paper, on the basis of sufficient theoretical research, combining with a remote areas in southwest of anti-poverty background, as the investment of development–oriented poverty alleviation project the core, as a means of system theory, analyzing the regional poverty model deeply based on management, sociology, economics, ecology theories, establishing the system dynamicss (SD) model based on macro-perspective. As the premise of control theory, improve the post evaluation mechanism for the investment of development–oriented poverty alleviation project, in order to achieve the regional economy, society, resources and environment system simulation and evaluation.This paper is divided into four parts: First of all, analyzing theoretically , looking for the primary method to solve rural regional poverty from the domestic and foreign search theory and practices; secondly, analysis of the development–oriented poverty alleviation project with SD method, establishing the causal relationship diagram based on SD; thirdly, building post evaluation model of development–oriented poverty alleviation project using AHP method to complete the post evaluation feedback mechanism in the system; Finally, building regional sustainable development model combined with the development–oriented poverty alleviation project in Qianxi based on SD-AHP method, simulation the model under different strategies, and giving corresponding policy recommendations according to the obtained results.
