Post-evaluation Study On Precision Poverty Alleviation And Poverty Alleviation In Inner Mongolia

The implementation of the precise poverty alleviation policy has greatly improved the poverty alleviation work in China.The incidence of poverty has been greatly reduced the income of the poor has increased rapidly,the living standards of the peasants have been greatly improved,and the rural landscape has been renewed.The results,but as the precision poverty alleviation work is getting closer to the end,the poverty problem in rural areas in China is becoming more and more complicated.Under this situation,we can understand the implementation status of the government s precise poverty alleviation work and analyze the effectiveness of its poverty alleviation work.It is one of the important contents of the current poverty alleviation planning work to find out the problems and propose corresponding countermeasuresThis paper takes Inner Mongolia as the research object,and evaluates the poverty alleviation effect of the precise poverty alleviation work,finds out the existing problems and proposes corresponding countermeasures accordingly.Firstly,the thesis sorts out the domestic and foreign literatures,summarizes the current basic research status of poverty alleviation projects,and then expounds the theories involved in the paper through reading and summarizing the relevant literature.Then,based on the previous literature review and the actual poverty situation in Inner Mongolia,the post-evaluation index system for precision poverty alleviation and poverty reduction in agricultural areas,pastoral areas semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas was constructed,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to weight them.The Wulanhaote City of the agricultural area was selected.The fuzzy comprehensive post-evaluation model was constructed by the Ewenki Banner in the pastoral area and the Aohan Banner in the semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas,and post-evaluation was carried out.Finally,based on the problems identified in the above evaluation,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the accurate poverty alleviation work in Inner Mongolia are proposedAccording to the research in this paper,Wulanhaote City pays insufficient attention to national culture,ignoring the important position of national culture in economic development.The Ewenki Banner herders have a large proportion of poverty due to illness,and should strengthen the model of innovation and poverty alleviation.Hanqi needs to be strengthened in strengthening the ecological environment.Whether it is Wulanhot City in the agricultural area,Ewenqi Banner in the pastoral area or Aohan Banner in the semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas,there are two common problems First,the lack of a long-term mechanism for precise poverty alleviation is the guide Second,the poverty-stricken households are seriously impoverished.The phenomenon of unwillingness to get rid of poverty is obvious.Third,due to the seriousness of the cause and poverty,the healthy poverty alleviation model needs to be strengthened.Fourth,the ecological environment construction is not sustainable enough,and the green ecological development mechanism is not perfect.And summed up the personality problems of agricultural areas,pastoral areas,semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas.Therefore based on the macroeconomic policy control mechanism,endogenous dynamic mechanism and external market mechanism,this paper constructs a long-term mechanism for accurate poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia,and provides countermeasures for agricultural areas,pastoral areas,semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas.
