In the development course of enterprise management study, the entrepreneurs and the embedded social network relationships became more and more prominent, whether the hidden social backgrounds or the dominant relationship abilities are the important areas for the enterprise management study. Entrepreneur’s role and the effect within the enterprise change when the social economic structure and conditions change, in the process of enterprise innovation, entrepreneurs and their social networks largely determine the enterprise’s resources ability and dependent status of social capital, also the location and structure of entrepreneur network is the key support for the enterprise to activate resource advantage, innovate management practices and create enterprise value.The growth of the enterprise is the problem about embeddedness in the social network, we explore entrepreneurs who are the internal core nodes based on the core structural hole theory, will be of important research value for management practices and business model in the small and medium-sized enterprises in China. The related researches about the network location and enterprise growth in the past seldom based from individual entrepreneurs, and relevant studies mainly limited to the entrepreneur ability, entrepreneur individual attributes or ascribed factors and the related research about the enterprise growth also mainly focused on financial indicators such as sales growth and profit growth, the researches about the network location, possession of the structural hole for the individual entrepreneurs are relatively less, and lack of relevant data and empirical analysis.As a result, this article attempts to focused on relevant research results home and abroad about the entrepreneurs’ social network theory, structural hole theory, enterprise growth theory and the relationship between entrepreneurs’ structure hole and corporate growth from the perspective of structural holes embeddedness. We put forward the concept model of entrepreneur structure hole and enterprise growth, and divide the possession of the structure hole from the amount of richness and species diversity these two dimensions, measure the business strategy choice from diversity and specialization, measure enterprise growth conditions from the growth performance. Through the questionnaire survey, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, we conclude that entrepreneurs’ structural holes have significant positive impact on enterprise growth, and between these two variables, enterprise business strategy choice plays an intermediary role, so the article is of the theoretical value. At the same time, based on the empirical conclusion, we put forward seven optimized paths of the entrepreneur structure hole, thus add realistic value for the entrepreneur’s management practice and business development reality.
