The acceleration of the degree of social information has altered its professional ethical issue aspect to the ethical issues of general application. Therefore, the theory and practice of community became very concerned about how to promote ethical behavior of information of the general staff, but also the issue need to solve the problem. Different from previous studies, in terms of performance appraisal goal orientation and achievement goal orientation, this study used a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, and discussed how performance appraisal goal orientation and achievement goal orientation influenced ethical behavior of employee information.This thesis was divided into six sections: section1 was mainly introduction which describes the research background, purpose, significance, innovation and framework arrangements of this paper. Section2 was literature review about performance appraisal goal orientation, achievement goal orientation, information unethical behavior and the relationship between the three. In the section3, this paper presented a theoretical model and hypothesis from three aspects of performance appraisal goal orientation, achievement goal orientation and information unethical behavior. Section4 reported some situation of the questionnaire design and data acquisition. In the section5, Results from a survey of 185 workers showed that: (1) evaluative performance appraisal positively influences non-ethic behavior of information of workers, and developmental performance appraisal negatively influences employee's non-ethic behavior of information (2) Learning goal orientation has moderating effects on the relationship between evaluative orientation performance appraisal and non-ethic behavior of information (3) performance proving orientation has moderating effects on the relationship between evaluative orientation performance appraisal and non-ethic behavior of information (4) performance proving orientation has moderating effects on the relationship between developmental orientation performance appraisal and non-ethic behavior of information (5) Performance avoiding orientation has moderating effects on the relationship between developmental orientation performance appraisal and non-ethic behavior of information. At last, we drawn the basic conclusion of this study, recounted the theoretical and practical meaning further, as well as the study limitations and future research directions.
