With the global economic fluctuations, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, and enterprises changes quickly in order to adapt to the market.The complexity and the difficulty of the work in enterprises are increasing. More and more enteiprises form teams to accomplish specific tasks so that they can adapt to the external environment change.However, most of teams are not high performance teams.Instead, they're mediocre even low performance teams. In teams, how to solve problems and improve the work are discussed. Members openly put forward different or even opposite views to explore to solve problems, and take use of resources they owned to find innovative solutions. Constructive controversy can improve not only team members'innovative performance but also team performance. Influenced by traditional culture, there is a phenomenon of Chinese enteiprises that team members are not willing to express openly their ideas,let alone put forward opposite views. Therefore, it is of great importance to stimulate members' constructive controversy.Studies have shown that constructive controversy has an important impact on team performance. As individuals of different traits have different behaviors in team activities, team members goal orientation can influence their learning motivation, achievement attitudes and reaction of uncertain situations, thus affecting constructive controversy. In addition to personel goal orientation, interpersonal trust influences constructive controversy.Empirical research methods are mainly adopted in this study, and the questionnaires are sent to employees in enterprises of the Yangtze River Delta region. Through using software SPSS20.0 and Lisrel8.70, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis are conducted in this article.The main conclusions are as follows. Learning goal orientation and proving goal orientation have a positive impact on constructive controversy. Avoiding goal orientation has a negative impact on constructive controversy. Both cognitive trust and emotional trust have a significant positive correlation with constructive controversy. Interpersonal trust plays the significant moderative role on the impact of learning goal orientation on constructive controversy. Interpersonal trust moderates the relationship between proving goal orientation and constructive controversy. So in management practice, team leaders should pay attention to the choice of team members, create a good team atmosphere to conduct open communication and effective communication, encourage different ideas and express freely, and enhance the trust between team members.
