Currently, the diversity of employees has been arising. Globalization and technology caused dramatically external competition which leaded to adjustment of the employer-employee relationship in organization, that is to transfer the employment pattern from sustainable life tenure to flexible employment relation. The considerable advantage of employing informal stuffs is to help enterprise acquire labor efficiency and to improve competitive edge. Nevertheless, lager amounts of problems can be involved in due to the existence of numerous informal employees in organization such as lack of fidelity to the company, negative impact of"unequal pay for equal"on motivation of informal employees. Although there are 16%-18% informal stuffs of total work groups in recent job market, we still limitedly come to understand them.Perceived insider status representing quality index of organization-member employment relation is a significant factor to make employees perceive themselves whether is an outsider or an insider of the organization. Different employees have different perceived insider status and the latter could influence the behavior and attitude of employees. However, these days there are still few researches on PIS of different employment relationship and mechanism. Creativity is the essential factor to drive organization to succeed in dynamic business environment. For informal employees, intrinsic motivation, psychological climate and individual expectations of the individual mechanisms are not sufficient to explain innovative behavior. This study makes an attempt to explain creativity from the PIS perspective.First of all, this study introduce relative conceptions of the employment relation, definition of formal/informal stuffs and influence of employment relation; commentate on the definition and formation of PIS; mainly discuss the predictors and mechanism. Secondly, we present the research model based on literature review and put forward research hypothesis. Finally, this paper conducts empirical research and data analysis as well as makes further explanations about questionnaire design, operational definition of variables and variable measurement. Moreover we carry out the further statistic analysis of the examples'recall and basic information, test reliability and validity, perform variance test and correlation analysis, and test the mediating effect of PIS on innovative inspectionOur research has five results: (1)the perceived organizational support, colleague support, LMX and PIS are different between formal employees and informal employees; (2)the relationship of different employment relation and creativity wasn't significant; (3)social support positively relate to PIS; (4)PIS has positive influence over creativity; (5)employment relation positively moderates the relation between social support and employee innovation, especially for organization support.Finally, we bring up the theory contribution and practical value of this paper, conclude the inadequacy of this research, and point out some issues needed to solve in future research.
