As a very important tool for enterprises'management, performance appraisal can guide employees'behavior. Especially, performance appraisal satisfaction can affect their information ethical behaviors directly. This research is designed to investigate the influence of two dimensions (performance appraisal fair and justice satisfaction, performance feedback) of performance appraisal satisfaction on individual information ethical behavior, with organizational ethic climate as a moderator.In this paper, the relevant research hypotheses were proposed based on the theoretical analysis. Through empirical analysis, the conclusions were made as follows:(1)performance appraisal fair and justice satisfaction has a significant effect on individual information ethical behavior;(2)performance feedback satisfaction has a significant effect on individual information ethical behavior;(3)rule oriented, instrumentalism oriented, caring oriented, law and code oriented have significant moderating effect on the relevance of performance appraisal satisfaction and ethical behavior of the information, while independence oriented has no moderating effect on relevance of them. Rule oriented, caring oriented, law and code oriented will enhance the positive relevance of performance appraisal satisfaction and information ethical behavior, while instrumentalism oriented will the relevance of them.According to the conclusions, this research suggests that enterprises should pay attention to fairness and justice of performance and make better performance feedback. They can enhance employees'performance appraisal satisfaction and increase their information ethical behavior from these two aspects. This research also put forward some advice about corporate culture and organizational ethical climate in order to reduce information anti-ethical behavior.
