With the development of Organizational justice theory, justice has become one of the core elements of modern human resource management and organizational behavior. Under the new economic situation and financial reform normal speed of the background, the fair has also become an important measure of strength and level of development of organizational competition. In the study of performance appraisal justice and job satisfaction relationships, scholars generally believe fair performance evaluation process can enhance the effectiveness of organizational factors of performance evaluation, self-improvement to motivate employees, increase organizational identity and improve employee job satisfaction has great significanceJob satisfaction is an overall sensory feedback for employees working environment and the work itself, including salary and non-salary satisfaction satisfied. Scientific and reasonable performance evaluation and its equity will affect employees’ job satisfaction. This paper analyzes the problems of performance appraisal justice of CITIC Bank Changsha branch, the central question in the study:(1) Whether there are performance appraisal justice impacts on salary satisfaction? 2) Whether there are performance appraisal justice impacts on non-salary satisfaction? (3) How salary and non-salary satisfaction affect job satisfaction? In all, the performance evaluation is to verify the dimensions of a sense of fairness through the intermediate variable impact on job satisfaction, and establish relationships between them:(1)The performance appraisal justice has positive influence on salary satisfaction(2)The performance appraisal justice has positive influence on non-salary satisfaction(3)Salary satisfaction has positive influence on job satisfaction.(4)Non-Salary satisfaction has positive influence on job satisfaction.This study reviewed the organizational justice,salary satisfaction,pay satisfaction and job satisfaction of related literature,puts forward the performance evaluation study of the impact of employees work full hypothesis, construct the performance evaluation and procedure fair and impartial distribution, salary satisfaction, pay satisfaction and the causal relationship between employee job satisfaction model.
