Organizational justice is one of the most important factors of employees' motivation. How the enterprises treat the employees will greatly influence the working attitude and job satisfaction. This paper focuses on employees' perception of justice in performance appraisal, studying their psychological composition of it, testing the relationship between the perception of justice in performance appraisal and the job satisfaction, exploring the predictable effect of perception of justice in performance appraisal on job satisfaction, and the variable of staff's characteristics' effect on them.First of all, the thesis clarifies the background of the research and its significance, overviews previous related literature and then establishes the research framework. Stuck to the construct of the research and take private enterprise employee as an sample, the thesis utilizes questionnaire survey. The data are taken in and analyzed by Spss13.0. Through the statistical analysis, such as Factor analysis, Reliability test, Person correlation analysis, Regression, we study the frame of the perception of justice in performance appraisal and job satisfaction, and interrelationship between justice in performance appraisal and job satisfaction.The outcomes show that employees' perception of justice in performance appraisal includes four dimensions, which are distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice and informational justice; job satisfaction also includes four dimensions, which are job itself satisfaction, job reward satisfaction, organizational management satisfaction and the job relationship. Dimensions of employees' perception of justice in performance appraisal are positively correlated with job satisfaction, and different basic statistical variable of employees had certain influence on the relationship of employee's justice perceptions in performance appraisal and job satisfaction.In the conclusion, the thesis points out the significance of the research and makes suggestion to leaders of enterprises. After that it points out the limitations of the research honestly.It is hoped that the thesis will be of use in following aspects: improving the fairness perceptions of private enterprise employees; increasing the job satisfaction of private enterprise employees; improving employees' work enthusiasm, increasing the competition of private enterprise; and also perfecting the organizational justice theory.
