Study On The Operation Mechanism Of Farmland Circulation Model From The Field Perspective ——Field Investigation Based On Zhe,Hei And Min

In our country,the transfer of agricultural land is an economic behavior that integrates multiple factors such as the agricultural land property rights system,market economy,and rural social structure.The factors involved in the interaction of multiple factors also present diversified characteristics.Among them,the main participants are six event subjects,including the state,local government,village collectives,village cadres,villagers,and agribusiness.The six subjects follow their own behavioral logic in specific practices to seek the maximization of their own interests,they have played different roles in the circulation of agricultural land.This article attempts to understand the generation process of agricultural land transfer mode from the perspective of the property right subject that promotes the transfer practice.Therefore,the author uses Weber's "ideal type classification" to divide farmland transfer into three modes:farmer-led,collective-led and government-led.This full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter includes the research origin and the research question,the research methods,main research contents and analysis framework of full text,for domestic and foreign research literature reviewed and summarized,and the core of the paper involves the connotation and extension of the concept of the definition,the paper based on the related theory on the basis of elaborating the theory analysis framework.The second chapter analyzes the status of different subjects in each stage of China's agricultural land system,as well as the two major organizational forms in the rural field-family system and rural system.By reviewing the land system and rural power structure in history,this paper analyzes the relationship among the government,collectives and farmers in China.The third chapter takes S village of Pujiang county,Zhejiang province as a sample village to discuss the practice of peasant household oriented circulation.The fourth chapter takes R village of Keshan county,Heilongjiang province as a sample to discuss the collective-led rural land transfer model.The sample village selected in chapter five is X village,Shaxian county,Fujian province,and the mechanism of government-led agricultural land transfer is analyzed based on the specific circulation practice of X village.The sixth chapter grasps the internal logic of different circulation models from the perspective of field theory,analyzes the game relationship and interest demands among various stakeholders,then summarize the full text and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The article uses Bourdieu's field theory as a theoretical analysis tool,through field research in three case villages,the author conducts an in-depth analysis of farmland transfer practices from the three paths of state and social consciousness opposition,system and practice identity recognition,contract and human relationship"transaction" rules,and takes the transfer subject as the main body,and use the circulation subject as a clue to explore the generation process of different circulation practices.The author finds that the reasons for the generation of different circulation practice modes are not only the objective external environment,but also the differences in logical support and behavioral strategies behind different subject actions.Therefore,we need to return to the village field to observe and study the specific behaviors of different actors,and how their action logic strategies are formed,and how they are combined with farmland circulation to shape different circulation patterns.The study find that in the farmer-led transfer,farmers move between the contract and the "trading" rules of human relationships,including both contracts that clearly stipulate each other's rights and obligations,as well as "trading" based on the trust of acquaintances.In collective-led agricultural land circulation,the rational profit-making behavior of rural elites has become the dominant mechanism for the occurrence of transfers.Government-driven agricultural land circulation is strongly promoted by the government.Finally,when comparing the three circulation modes,it was found that no matter which mode will produce the "elite capture" effect,and this phenomenon is due to the strong involvement of local governments.The author finally quoted the concept of "Broaddale Bell Jar" in economics to describe this phenomenon.In the practice of agricultural land transfer,it shows a reversed';Browdale Bell Jar" effect,the root cause of this effect is the "de-publicity"of agricultural land subsidies.It further deepens the comparison of the strength between small farmers and elite groups,and further weakens the market attributes of agricultural land transfer.It involves the issues of efficiency and fairness in agricultural land transfer,and how to ensure fairness under the premise of achieving efficiency,the farmer should be the main body of property rights in the agricultural land property right,it is basis for measuring equity.What is the reasonable interest of the practical subject of farmers is the key to judging the performance of agricultural land transfer.How to break the bell jar and realize the organic connection between small farmers and new business entities is the problem we need to solve now.And to do this,you must play a fundamental role in the market,adjust measures to local conditions to implement the development strategy of agricultural management main body,establish farmers' subjectivity in the farmland changing,village collective auxiliary function,logic,and reshape the local government behavior should gradually reduce the interventions for agriculture,establish to support the development of agricultural service thinking,become "intervention" for the "service",constantly optimize improve service ability,promote the development of small farmers with modern agricultural organic link.
