With the urbanization going to depth, more and more younger peasant workers are willing to search for good life and jobs in cities. The No.1 document of central committee issued on Feb. 1st , 2010 announced that we should focus on resolving the problems of the new generation of migrant workers. The item"new generation of migrant workers'first appeared in the document of communist party of china, showing the central committee's higher concerns about the new generation of migrant workers. They are young, strong with their own knowledge and senses of values that are playing an important role in building modernization, and have already become a power on the construction of socialist harmonious society; thus, such an investigation is good for us to conduct the research of citizenship under the context of urbanization. This paper mainly aims to study their wish of intergrating into cities about the 196 new generations of migrant workers in Shenzhen. Several research methods like literature, questionnaire and others are employed to collect relevant information and data, mainly discussing the new generation of the living conditions of migrant workers, social acceptance and integration into the city will, respectively, detailed analysis of the status of their survival and adaptability, social identity, citizenship and personal circumstances into the city. Here are several comments below:Ⅰ:Groups of migrant workers, a second generation of migrant workers and migrant workers over the turn of the new generation of the phenomenon. At present, the labor market, after the so-called new generation of migrant workers 80 of 90 have not accounted for labor market dominant position, over time, probably 5-10 years, the China really ushered in the era of the new generation of migrant workers. At that time, they truly become the main force of China's modernization.Ⅱ:Seen from the survey, the real impact of the new generation of migrant workers into urban factor is income, work pressure, the time planning to get married. Income is the material basis, determining an individual's survival and quality of life, and will then have a decisive influence on the way of life; job is an important component of urban life, and only have to work to bring income to accumulate more social relations and human capital in order to maintain all the resources; the survey tells that the later marriage of the respondents considered more reluctant to integrate into the city.Ⅲ:Compared with the first generation of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers still has not much change in consumption to meet the survival or the main thing. Income relative to the first generation of migrant workers is to improve, but also increased consumption and spending more, so the standard of living has not been improved much.
