At present, the chemical engineering projects have been rapidly developed at home and abroad. The portion in economic has been rising year by year. Modern logistics have become one of the powers to promote the country's economy as a new compound industry. Under such background, we take chemical engineering projects as the research object in this paper whose development situation is better and better. Considering chemical engineering projects'particularity, such as: large-scale, long-construction cycle, complex-technology, many involved companies and etc. The paper works on the drawbacks of logistics enterprises' manage measures in operating the chemical products' supply chain. From this, we put forward the defects of the set for logistics support system of high strength requirement. As we know, an appropriate logistics contractor for enterprise can certainly save cost in order to gain more interests. So the logistic contractors'selection and evaluation have become a topic of concern for many multinational companies.Aiming at the problem of logistics contractors'selection and evaluation, we analyze the features of project logistics and chemical engineering project supply chain, concluding with project logistics evaluation index system and then analyze hierarchy process and respectively gray correlation analysis method at first, and then give the example of the two methods of evaluation. Based on the analysis, combining with the advantages of two methods, we establish analytic hierarchy process - gray correlation analysis method of engineering logistic contractors'evaluation model. The model uses analytic hierarchy process to constitute a pass class time's structure (i.e. Comprehensive evaluation index system of contractor selection). From some index to simulate, we can reasonably determine the simulation of the relative importance of each index, namely weight and then compare the contractors'index data which contains quantitative and qualitative information with optimal reference sequence through the gray correlation analysis method, using gray correlation coefficient to measure each contractor's quality grades and finally select the best contractors.In general, the dissertation combines theoretical evaluation with practical calculation and analysis solution for project logistics service contractors'selection which has the guidance to project logistics industry in the future.
