Forecast Of The Regional Logistics Land

The development of logistics as a regional economic development in new urban growth, and its close relationship with the regional land resources, urban land resource constraints in the current context, to explore issues of regional logistics sites, rational use of land, can promote regional logistics supply and the environment collaborative development, and ensuring the logistics to bring sustainable economic development and achieve sustainable development of regional logistics strategies.In this study, land use planning of Long Gang District, targeting the logistics, freight traffic in the area and volume as a regional logistics, and logistics land scale there is a big amount of associated with the logistics volume, the selection as an explanation related to economic indicators variables, analysis of regional demand and logistics inherent relationship between regional economic development, based on multiple linear regression model to predict regional logistics demand; by analyzing the theory of supply and demand balance, the introduction of the relevant parameters and to establish equations to predict when supply and demand balance is the actual logistics demand , quantitative data on the logistics land, available through the regional areas have been the actual situation in the logistics space, on the predicted results were verified.
