| In the current market competition, China enjoys the best allocation of resources in the world and within the opportunities and challenges. Multinational IT companies face the challenge of how to develop stable. Transferring new product is an important way to enforce the competitiveness in the IT Company. Enterprises must set the transferring programs based on the company's strategy and its own situation. It is quite important to make sure we can deliver the customer satisfied product in time during the transferring of the new product from high cost production area or R&D centers to low-cost production area. However, the quality management will become one of the key factors and should be enforced to keep the competitive advantage for new transfer products. Base on the quality management theory in project management, a new quality management flow based on transfer project was proposed in this thesis, which will be helpful to improve and optimize the transfer project quality continuously.A new'triangle'quality management flow and method are setup, which consider the relationship among transfer, receiver and customer. Also, the characteristic of transfer project needs to be considered, including software/hardware transfer quality management and reliability quality management. It is necessary to set up a Quality Management Center (QMC) to balance the internal requirement on the quality management plan, resource collocation and reliability quality management, etc., in transfer project. At last, the'triangle'quality management flow and method are applied for several current transfer projects. According to the above practice, it is verified that the"triangle"quality management flow can make the quality management flow smoothly, shorten the transfer project cycle, and reduce the quality management risk. The success of transfer project for one multinational IT company, which reduces 25% transfer cycle and increase 10% revenue by quarter. And make the transfer the project successful. |
