There are still many theoretical questions and practical deficiencies by analyzing thehistory of State-owned enterprise reform and reality condition , this paper point out thatthe deepening of state-owned enterprise reform is an integration of economicdevelopment in the global situation and the severe challenges against the backdrop ofdeep-seated changes in the economic system.This paper reveals profound contradictions in the reform of state-owned enterprises,which is the company's core values, business philosophy, management system isestablished and innovative, to breaking and reconstruction of organizational practices is acore role in State-owned enterprise reform.
