Along with the rapid and healthy development of our country's opening to the outside world entered a critical period, based on the importance of state-owned enterprises in the outword economic development pattern is highlighted increasingly, the previous enterprise management system has on longer adapted to the demand of the development of times. And the competition between the enterprises of both market capturing and product technology updates, in the final analysis is inseparable from the personnel supporting. Motivation system as an important part of modern human resources management, is the key link of inspire staff enthusiasm and naturally self-evident for the company to realize the importance of sustainable development strategy. As a traditional resource-based large state-owned trading company, with depression of the overall economic environment in recent years, S company is facing unprecedented pressure. Based on the present situation of the S company, analyzing the necessity and urgency of the motivation system reform, and useing case analysis from the successful experience of excellent enterprises in the form of absorb beneficial experience, to develop a set of accord with the actual situation of S company incentive system are the key points of this study.After the eighteenth session of the National People's Congress, the central government reiterated the importance of state-owned enterprises, in some indirectly related to the people's livelihood industry, and started a series of reforms, including ownership. Consider the excess production, economic depression, and state-owned companies losing their licenses advantage. The important factors for S company to directly face the competition in the market of fair game, are improving the salary incentive mechanism reform stimulate innovation potential, building \"people-oriented\" modern management personnel system, and constantly improving the core competitiveness. To regenerate the S company's vitality, taking examples of Huawei and the Lincoln electric, through the enterprise incentive theory research and experience, combined with the actual situation of S company and the present social needs, work out a set of motivation system include the staff salary system, performance appraisal system, stock ownership incentive system and corporate culture, and contribute to the study of the modern motivation system.
